By accessing or using The Aligned Pivot website, services, books, digital resources, or coaching programs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

The Aligned Pivot provides coaching, digital products, books, and educational resources intended for informational and personal-development purposes. The Services are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
3. Payments and Refunds
Fees for coaching engagements and digital products are stated at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all purchases of digital products are final. Coaching package refunds, if any, are subject to the terms of the individual coaching agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by The Aligned Pivot — including text, graphics, logos, workbooks, and audio — are the property of The Aligned Pivot and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Aligned Pivot makes no guarantee of any specific outcome from your use of the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Aligned Pivot and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

The Aligned Pivot may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
